Our October trunk is themed around one of our favourite holidays of the year- Halloween! The Trunkaroo team have had a ghoulishly good time developing this month’s STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and maths) content. Things that go bump in the night need not be scary, and our Spooky Pets are more fun than frightening! This box is bursting with spook-tastic activities and projects designed for little hands and big imaginations. Check out the Spooky Pet projects in the October trunk:

Trunkaroo Bats crafts and science

Project 1:  Friction Fiends

Our racing bat activity is an awesome science experiment and game combined. The Spooky Pets trunk contains all the components you need to make this fiendish creatures fly! Follow the instructions and find out all about how a force called "friction" can be used to make the bats move. Little tinkerers will have hours of fun racing their spooky bats with friends.

Project 2: Pompom Monsters

Grown-ups and kids both will love to design and craft these spooky pets! This project is a fine motor skills powerhouse and the resulting creepy pompom monsters make the perfect Halloween pals for creative kids. The project kit includes all materials and step-by-step instructions, along with a special monster-making tool that helps kids learn this new skill.

Discoveroo - Spooky Time!
